Fortress Technologies Inc.

Privacy Policy Effective Date: April 20, 2026

Fortress Technologies Inc. (“Fortress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation, maintains the website fortress-tech.com (the “Site”) to provide information on our layered force-protection systems — LUMEN (Layered Ubiquitous Mesh Engagement Network), BOLT cUAS active denial capabilities, and SPEAR (Shielded Precision Expeditionary Attack Round) — and to facilitate legitimate inquiries from authorized U.S. military, government agencies, and industry partners.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information submitted through lead-generation forms, calendar event registrations, or other contact mechanisms on the Site. It applies specifically to Leads and Registrants (“you” or “your”).

By submitting any form or registering for an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy is separate from our Website Terms of Use, which governs general use of the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you opt in or register:

Contact and Professional Information: Full name, professional title, organization, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and company affiliation.

Event and Inquiry Details: Preferred date/time for events, event type (e.g., capability briefing, technical discussion), topics or requirements indicated, and any notes or questions provided.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and referral source (automatically collected).

Communications Preferences: Consent to receive follow-up communications related to Fortress capabilities.

We do not solicit or collect sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial information, or government-issued IDs) through public Site forms unless required for a specific authorized contracting process and clearly disclosed at the point of collection.

Important ITAR/EAR Notice: The Site contains only publicly available, non-technical marketing and capability information. No ITAR-controlled technical data, defense services, or export-controlled information is posted or transmitted via public forms. Any deeper technical discussions will occur only through secure, authorized channels after proper vetting, U.S. person verification, and compliance with applicable export controls.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for legitimate purposes aligned with our mission to deliver next-generation force-protection systems to U.S. warfighters and authorized partners:

Responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting calendar events or briefings, and providing requested information on LUMEN, BOLT, SPEAR, or integrated capabilities.

Following up on expressed interest, including sending capability statements, white papers, or invitations to future authorized events.

Improving Site functionality and communications (limited analytics).

Complying with legal and regulatory obligations, including U.S. export control laws (ITAR/EAR), government contracting requirements, and record-keeping mandates.

Protecting the security of our operations and personnel.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for marketing purposes.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

Fortress shares information only in limited, controlled circumstances:

With service providers (e.g., calendaring platforms, hosting, analytics, or secure email tools) under strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements that include appropriate safeguards.

With U.S. government agencies, prime contractors, or authorized partners when necessary to support legitimate force-protection inquiries or contracting opportunities, subject to all applicable export controls and security requirements.

With professional advisors (legal, accounting) or in corporate transactions, with continued protection under this Policy.

When required by law, court order, or government request.

All recipients are contractually obligated to maintain security and comply with applicable laws, including ITAR/EAR where relevant. We do not share data with foreign persons or entities in ways that would constitute an unauthorized export.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with industry standards for defense-related companies to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes measures aligned with NIST SP 800-171 principles where applicable to our operations. However, no system guarantees absolute security.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Opt-Out: Every communication includes an unsubscribe mechanism. You may also contact us to withdraw consent.

Access, Correction, Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law and legitimate business or legal retention needs (e.g., government contracting records).

We do not sell personal information.

Certain data may be retained to meet regulatory, accounting, or contracting obligations.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law, including ITAR/EAR record-keeping and government contracting requirements. Inquiry and registration data is typically retained for up to 24 months after last interaction unless active engagement or formal processes require longer retention.

7. International Users and Export Controls

The Site is operated from the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed in the U.S. By submitting data, you consent to this transfer.

Export Control Compliance: Fortress is committed to full compliance with ITAR (22 CFR Parts 120-130) and EAR. The public Site does not provide access to controlled technical data. Any request for technical information will trigger appropriate screening, U.S. person verification, and licensing procedures as required. Unauthorized attempts to obtain controlled information are prohibited.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The Effective Date will be revised. Continued submission of forms after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
